Ingredients
- 3 Shallots
- 3 bunch Radish
- 3 Yellow pepper
- 3 Red apples
- 300 g Cheese (Gouda)
- 30 ml Oil
- 60 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 tsp Mustard
- 3 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Chop the shallots, radishes, peppers, apples and cheese into small pieces.
- Prepare a sauce from oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard and honey and mix well with the other ingredients.
