Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 60 g Butter
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble the yeast into this, sprinkle sugar and a pinch of salt over it and let the yeast soften.
  • Melt the butter on low heat, add the milk and warm it up slightly, take the saucepan off the hob and mix the egg in it with a whisk.
  • Pour the milk into the bowl and add the raisins. Knead the dough vigorously. Let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
  • Shape the dough into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
  • Let the dough rise for another 10 minutes, then bake in a non-preheated oven (160 ° hot air, 180 ° top-bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
