Ingredients
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Yeast
- 70 g Sugar
- 100 g Raisins
- 60 g Butter
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble the yeast into this, sprinkle sugar and a pinch of salt over it and let the yeast soften.
- Melt the butter on low heat, add the milk and warm it up slightly, take the saucepan off the hob and mix the egg in it with a whisk.
- Pour the milk into the bowl and add the raisins. Knead the dough vigorously. Let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
- Let the dough rise for another 10 minutes, then bake in a non-preheated oven (160 ° hot air, 180 ° top-bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
