Ingredients for a delicious raspberry sorbet
You usually have to plan a lot of time when you want to make a fruity sorbet. However, if you are a raspberry lover, you can conjure up a wonderful and quick raspberry sorbet with just three ingredients.
- 500g raspberries
- You can use either 500g thawed raspberries or 500g fresh raspberries.
- 5 tablespoons of honey
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
Preparation of the raspberry sorbet
You can make the raspberry sorbet in these simple steps:
- Place the raspberries, honey, and lemon or lime juice in a measuring cup.
- Blend the ingredients until you have a creamy mass.
- Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer.
- Leave the mixture in the freezer for about 90 minutes until it has the desired consistency. Then your raspberry sorbet is ready to serve.
- Tip: With this quick sorbet variant, the raspberry seeds remain intact. If you don’t like that, this recipe isn’t for you.
