Ingredients
 

Dough:

  • 375 g Flour
  • 200 g Cold butter
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 cl Rum
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Covering:

  • 3 go.tbsp Raspberry jam
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Quickly knead the flour with the butter flakes, sugar, egg yolks, lemon juice, rum, a pinch of salt and baking powder to form a smooth dough. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, gas: level
  • Roll out the dough in portions to about 3mm thick. Cut out circles and rings of the same size and make sure that rings and circles have the same number. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, heat the jam in a saucepan and dissolve a little. Then brush the circles with it and always put a ring on it and press it lightly. The resulting hollow is then generously filled with the jam and finally everything is dusted with powdered sugar.
