Ingredients

  • 1 Pc. Sour apple e.g. Braeburn
  • 450 g Red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,25 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Cream; alternatively 150 g yogurt

Instructions

  • Remove the outer hard leaves from the red cabbage. Then quarter or eighth of the head and cut out the hard core. Wash and quarter the apple and remove the core. Put the apple pieces in the mixing bowl and simmer for 4 seconds on speed 6.
  • Now add the red cabbage, lemon juice, salt, pepper, vinegar, honey and cream. Chop on level 8 for approx. 3 seconds. Season to taste and, if necessary, add spices.
  • Instead of cream, you can also use 150 g yogurt. I like both variants.
