Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 1 P Baking powder
- 125 ml Red wine
- 2 tsp Cocoa
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 100 g Chocolate chips
For the glaze:
- 1 cups Chocolateglaze
Instructions
For the dough:
- Put the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl and stir.
- Add the eggs and stir in.
- Flour and baking powder, mix, sieve, add and stir.
- Add the red wine and stir.
- Add cocoa and cinnamon and stir in.
- Add the chocolate chips and fold in.
- Pour the batter into a bundt pan.
- Bake at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for about 55 minutes.
For the glaze:
- Melt the chocolate icing and brush it onto the cake with a brush.
