For the dough:

  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 P Baking powder
  • 125 ml Red wine
  • 2 tsp Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 100 g Chocolate chips

For the glaze:

  • 1 cups Chocolateglaze


For the dough:

  • Put the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl and stir.
  • Add the eggs and stir in.
  • Flour and baking powder, mix, sieve, add and stir.
  • Add the red wine and stir.
  • Add cocoa and cinnamon and stir in.
  • Add the chocolate chips and fold in.
  • Pour the batter into a bundt pan.
  • Bake at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for about 55 minutes.

For the glaze:

  • Melt the chocolate icing and brush it onto the cake with a brush.
