Ingredients
- 400 g Salmon raw especially fresh
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 2,5 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
- 2,5 tbsp Lime juice
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped dill
Instructions
- Cut the raw and smoked salmon into small cubes.
- Pluck the dill from the stalk and chop it. You can also use frozen dill.
- Put everything with the lime-oil mixture in a bowl and mix.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Goes well with farmer's bread, long white bread or jacket potatoes
