Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Salmon raw especially fresh
  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 2,5 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
  • 2,5 tbsp Lime juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped dill

Instructions
 

  • Cut the raw and smoked salmon into small cubes.
  • Pluck the dill from the stalk and chop it. You can also use frozen dill.
  • Put everything with the lime-oil mixture in a bowl and mix.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Goes well with farmer's bread, long white bread or jacket potatoes
