Ingredients
- 250 g Tuna fillet especially fresh
- 4 stalks Celery light green
- 1 bunch Freshly chopped chives
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
- Cut the tuna fillets into small cubes.
- If necessary, remove the outer threads from the celery, then cut into small slices.
- Cut the chives into small pieces as well. Frozen chives can also be used.
- Put everything in a bowl and mix, then season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and season to taste.
