Rocket and Potato Salad
The perfect rocket and potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 8 Jacket potatoes
- 125 Arugula
- 8 Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 125 g Cubes of raw ham
- Salt
- Pepper
dressing
- 125 ml Broth
- 3 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper

- Peel and slice the jacket potatoes – goes very well with an egg cutter –
- Wash the rocket, shake it dry, peel it, quarter the tomatoes and add both to the potatoes.
- Now season with salt and pepper, but not too much as the ham is already a bit salty.
- Peel and dice the onion and fry it with the ham, pour over the salad and mix carefully.

- Mix all ingredients together well, pour over the salad, carefully mix in and let the salad soak through a little
- We ate ash roast with it, but also goes very well with grilled food – bon appetit; 🙂
