Rocket Salad with Pods

The perfect rocket salad with pods recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Arugula
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion red
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 10 g Garden herbs
  • 20 g Pine nuts
  • 20 g Sunflower seeds
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Wash the rocket thoroughly and dry it in the salad spinner. Next, quarter the washed tomatoes. Peel and slice the onions. Put both ingredients in a bowl and squeeze some of the lemon over it.
  1. Then chop and add the herbs and season with salt and sugar. Beat the olive oil until frothy and spread over the salad.
  1. Now soak the kernels in water, dry them and add them. Finally, pluck the rocket and drape it on the plate with the previously mixed ingredients.
