Rösti Casserole

Ingredients
 

  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Peel and roughly grate the potatoes.
  • Briefly squeeze out excess liquid from the rasp with your hands.
  • Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes.
  • Heat the butter in a pan and sweat the onion until translucent.
  • Add ham and fry, then add the mix to the potatoes.
  • Mix yoghurt, mustard and cheese together in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg and add.
  • Put the rösti mix in a dripping pan.
  • Bake the rösti casserole at 200 ° for approx. 50 minutes.
  • We cover the surface too brown, if necessary with aluminum foil.
  • Take out of the oven, cut into pieces and serve.
