Ingredients
 

  • 2 Beef rum steaks à 200 g
  • 0,5 Cup Oil
  • Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 3 Large onion approx. 400 g
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 Gourmet almond balls approx. 100 g (here: From Aldi Nord)
  • 3 Snack peppers approx. 100 g (orange, red and yellow)
  • Herb butter
  • 2 Stalk Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion, cut into rings and mix with the sweet paprika (1 teaspoon), flour (1 teaspoon) and salt (1 teaspoon). Cut the rum steaks into the edge of the fat, pat dry with kitchen paper and fry for 3-4 minutes on both sides in the hot fat (medium: tender pink inside) or fry for 5 - 6 minutes on both sides (well done: well done) and then add salt and pepper and let stand / cook in aluminum foil for 5 minutes. Fry the onion rings in the roasting fat until golden-brown and degrease on kitchen paper. Halve the snack peppers, clean and wash. Bake the almond balls in the oven on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes.
