Slice of sheep cheese

  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Tempura flour
  • 300 Water cold
  • Honey

  • Use ice cubes to cool down approx. 300 ml water. Put the tempura more in a suitable bowl and slowly make a dough that is not too thin with the water. Heat the oil to around 180 C. Cut the sheep's cheese into bite-sized pieces. Now put the pieces of cheese individually into the batter and wrap them well. Let the pieces slide into the oil with a fork. After about 8 minutes, the pieces are baked golden yellow. Arrange on the plate and drizzle with honey.
