Ingredients

  • 0,5 Avocado
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil, neutral
  • 2 slices Cooked ham

Instructions

  • Instead of dinner. Since you have less exercise in winter, you can do without an opulent evening meal.
  • Dice the onion very finely. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and marinate the onion in it for a few minutes. Then mix with the oil to make a salad dressing.
  • Halve the avocado lengthways, peel and remove the stone.
  • Cut the avocado half crosswise and arrange on a plate.
  • Spread the vinaigrette evenly over the slices. Sprinkle with black pepper and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
  • Dice the ham and sprinkle on top.
  • Baguette or a pretzel stick goes well with it.
