Ingredients
- 0,5 Avocado
- 1 small Red Onion
- 1 tsp White wine vinegar
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oil, neutral
- 2 slices Cooked ham
Instructions
- Instead of dinner. Since you have less exercise in winter, you can do without an opulent evening meal.
- Dice the onion very finely. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and marinate the onion in it for a few minutes. Then mix with the oil to make a salad dressing.
- Halve the avocado lengthways, peel and remove the stone.
- Cut the avocado half crosswise and arrange on a plate.
- Spread the vinaigrette evenly over the slices. Sprinkle with black pepper and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
- Dice the ham and sprinkle on top.
- Baguette or a pretzel stick goes well with it.
