Ingredients

  • 300 g Green beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Thinly sliced pork belly
  • 2 tbsp Würzöl, RZ in my cookbook
  • 1,5 tbsp Italian wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste, the bacon is already seasoning well
  • 0,25 tsp Sugar
  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the beans, clean them, mine had no threads, otherwise remove them and cut them into small pieces, boil them in salted water, do not let them get too soft
  • Chop the onion
  • Cut the bacon into very fine strips and fry until crispy
  • Put the cooked beans with the onions in a bowl, pour the fried pork belly over it, add all the other ingredients and stir.
  • I always take bowls with lids and also turn the container upside down so that the sauce and spices can get everywhere.
  • This salad tastes best to me when it is lukewarm. But that's a matter of taste.
