Ingredients
- 6 small Randen = beetroot
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Cottage cheese
- 2 tsp Horseradish
- 0,75 tsp Caraway seeds
- 0,75 tsp Lemon juice
- 0,75 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Boil the beetroot until firm (approx. 30 min.), Let it cool down and cut into 1 cm cubes
- Chop the onions and mix well with the beetroot, the horseradish, the caraway + the pinch of salt.
- fold in the cottage and season with a little lemon juice.
- Let it steep in the fridge for 1 hours then serve. if you want to keep something for the next day, you should replace the lemon juice with vinegar, it will last longer.
