Salad from 100 diseases

Ingredients:

  • Jerusalem artichoke – 200 grams.
  • Carrots – 100 grams.
  • Apple – 1 piece.
  • Walnuts – 5 pieces.
  • Lemon – ½ piece.
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon.

How to cook:

  • Wash and peel the carrots, Jerusalem artichoke, and apple.
  • Chop everything on a coarse grater.
  • Chop the nuts.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Dress the salad with oil and lemon juice.
  • The dish is ready to serve.
