Ingredients
- 0,5 Red peppers
- 0,25 Fresh celery
- 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
- 6 Spring onions fresh
- 3 Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Fresh tomato
- 3 Dried tomatoes
- 6 Black pitted olives
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
- 2 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- Chopped basil
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Wash, peel and cut the vegetables into strips, cubes and rings.
- Make a vinaigrette from the spices and a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar and marinate the vegetables in it for about 60 minutes. If you don't have balsamic vinegar (white) there, you can also use a good vinegar.
