Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 0,25 Fresh celery
  • 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 6 Spring onions fresh
  • 3 Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Fresh tomato
  • 3 Dried tomatoes
  • 6 Black pitted olives
  • 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
  • 2 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • Chopped basil
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel and cut the vegetables into strips, cubes and rings.
  • Make a vinaigrette from the spices and a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar and marinate the vegetables in it for about 60 minutes. If you don't have balsamic vinegar (white) there, you can also use a good vinegar.
