Ingredients
 

  • 700 g Red cabbage
  • 1 Apple, can be big
  • 1,5 Lemons, the juice is needed
  • 3 El Rapeseed oil
  • 1,5 Tl Sugar
  • 0,5 Tl Salt, otherwise to your own taste
  • A few turns of pepper

Instructions
 

  • Remove the outer leaves from the red cabbage. Finely slice the apple and red cabbage and place in a bowl with a lid.
  • Add all other ingredients to the red cabbage and knead well with your hands. Gloves are recommended.
  • Then cover and let stand for at least 1 hour to steep.
