Ingredients
- 700 g Red cabbage
- 1 Apple, can be big
- 1,5 Lemons, the juice is needed
- 3 El Rapeseed oil
- 1,5 Tl Sugar
- 0,5 Tl Salt, otherwise to your own taste
- A few turns of pepper
Instructions
- Remove the outer leaves from the red cabbage. Finely slice the apple and red cabbage and place in a bowl with a lid.
- Add all other ingredients to the red cabbage and knead well with your hands. Gloves are recommended.
- Then cover and let stand for at least 1 hour to steep.
