Salad with Quail Eggs

Ingredients
 

  • 12 Quail eggs
  • 4 Small tomatoes about 200 g
  • 1 Kiwi approx. 100 g
  • 2 Small red onions approx. 50 g
  • 1 piece Leek approx. 50 g (only the light part!)
  • 1 Pickle approx. 50 g
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 big pinches Mediterranean-Style seasoned salt from the mill
  • 2 Stalk Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil the quail eggs for 5 minutes, rinse well, carefully peel off and cut in half lengthways. Wash, clean, quarter and cut tomatoes. Peel the kiwi, quarter lengthways and cut into pieces. Clean and wash the leek, halve lengthways and cut into thin rings. Peel and quarter the onions and cut into thin strips. Quarter the pickle lengthways and cut into small pieces. Put all ingredients (tomato pieces, kiwi pieces, onion strips, leek rings, pickle pieces, olive oil and seasoned salt) in a bowl and mix / mix carefully. To serve, fill the salad in 2 salad bowls and garnish with parsley, serve.
