Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Bulgur
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 0,5 bunch Mint
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bulgur with twice the amount of water and a little salt, then leave to cool.
  • Wash the vegetables, dice the tomatoes and cucumber, chop the mint (amount to taste), squeeze the lemon.
  • Mix the bulgur, tomatoes, cucumber and herbs, add lemon juice and oil, season with pepper, a pinch of cumin and possibly salt.
