Ingredients
- 200 g Bulgur
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 150 g Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 0,5 bunch Mint
- 0,5 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 pinch Cumin
Instructions
- Cook the bulgur with twice the amount of water and a little salt, then leave to cool.
- Wash the vegetables, dice the tomatoes and cucumber, chop the mint (amount to taste), squeeze the lemon.
- Mix the bulgur, tomatoes, cucumber and herbs, add lemon juice and oil, season with pepper, a pinch of cumin and possibly salt.
