Salads: Colorful Trout Salad

  • 2 piece Mildly smoked trout fillets
  • 1 piece Onion small
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 piece Tart apples
  • 2 piece Radishes fresh
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Linseed oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the onion, garlic and apple and cut everything into fine cubes. Dice the radishes as well. Cut the chives into rolls with scissors.
  2. Tear up the fish with a fork and add the vegetables.
  3. Make a dressing from sour cream, linseed oil, sugar, salt and pepper and mix with the salad. Possibly season to taste and let it steep a little.
  4. Place on a plate and serve with baguette or white bread.
