Salads: Colorful Trout Salad
The perfect salads: colorful trout salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Mildly smoked trout fillets
- 1 piece Onion small
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 piece Tart apples
- 2 piece Radishes fresh
- 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Linseed oil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the onion, garlic and apple and cut everything into fine cubes. Dice the radishes as well. Cut the chives into rolls with scissors.
- Tear up the fish with a fork and add the vegetables.
- Make a dressing from sour cream, linseed oil, sugar, salt and pepper and mix with the salad. Possibly season to taste and let it steep a little.
- Place on a plate and serve with baguette or white bread.
