Salads: Deep Fried Chicken Salad

The perfect salads: deep fried chicken salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Deep fried chicken, fried
  • 3 tablespoon Herbal cream e.g. from my KB http://www./rezept/434010/Sossen-Kraeuter-Creme.html
  • 5 piece Fresh radishes
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 5 piece Mushrooms brown
  • 1 piece Apple Breaburn
  • 1 piece Fresh shallot
  • 1 piece Spring onion
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Remove the meat from the bones and dice it into small pieces.
  2. Peel the cucumber, apple and shallot. Dice everything into small cubes, don’t forget the spring onions and mix with the herb cream – alternatively tartar sauce, mayonnaise or similar.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Tip 4: You can also make this salad with leftover chicken schnitzel or other breaded meat.
