Ingredients
 

The sauce

  • 1 pole Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 1 small handful Nuts Chopped Pecan & Walnut
  • 1 smaller Apple cut into cubes
  • 1 smaller Cream 30% fat
  • 1 smaller Curry powder (Indian)
  • Salt
  • Lemon zest a bit
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil fruity

Instructions
 

  • Cut the leek onion into thin rings. Cut the apple into very small cubes. Roughly chop the nuts. Sprinkle the salmon with lemon zest. A little salt.
  • In the hot oil, put the diced apples, sauté the spring onions, then add the nuts and pour the cream over them. Put the salmon on top, just let it stand, goes very quickly. Put the salmon on the warmed plate, reduce the sauce a bit, add the curry and taste. Now put the sauce in the middle of the plate, put the salmon on top, create lemon wedges and you're done.
