Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Cottage Ceese
  • 50 g Smoked salmon - thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch Fig mustard
  • Dill
  • Chives
  • 50 g Keta caviar - salmon caviar to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Chop up laughing. Wash chives and dill chives in tubes, pluck the dill and cut finely, if necessary save something for decoration.
  • Mix the cottage cheese with the salmon and herbs, season with salt and pepper.
  • Goes well with white bread or baguette. Garnish the rolls with caviar and dill.
