Salmon Spread
The perfect salmon spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cottage Ceese
- 50 g Smoked salmon – thinly sliced
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 1 Msp Fig mustard
- Dill
- Chives
- 50 g Keta caviar – salmon caviar to garnish
- Chop up laughing. Wash chives and dill chives in tubes, pluck the dill and cut finely, if necessary save something for decoration.
- Mix the cottage cheese with the salmon and herbs, season with salt and pepper.
- Goes well with white bread or baguette. Garnish the rolls with caviar and dill.
