Ingredients
Pesto
- 300 g Pine nuts
- 2 bunch Basil
- Olive oil
- Parmesan
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper

- 4 Pc. Carrots
- 4 Pc. Zucchini
- 4 Pc. Mushrooms
- 4 Pc. Onion
Instructions
salmon
- In the case of salmon (approx. 200 g per person), first carefully remove the bones, then fry on the skin side. Then spread the pesto on top. And cook in the oven for some time, depending on the degree of cooking.
Pesto
- Crush all ingredients in a mixer or mortar (there is no exact amount, always how it comes to taste). If there is enough pesto left, you can also use it to fill the mushrooms.
vegetables
- Wash, peel and dice vegetables or cut into strips. Clean the mushrooms. Pour oil, pepper and salt on top and cook in the oven over a high heat. (Unfortunately I cannot specify the temperature etc., as everything is spontaneous and I hope it tastes good.)
