Ingredients
- 500 g Sauerkraut
- 0,5 Pineapple fresh
- 1 small Paprika
- 1 Fresh hot peppers
- 0,5 Onion blue
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Fresh oregano leaves
Instructions
- Peel and dice the pineapple. Chop the peppers, core and dice the peppers and cut the peeled onion into rings. Add to the sauerkraut with the honey and oregano, mix well and leave to rest for an hour at room temperature.
