Savory Meatballs with Camembert and Green Pepper

- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 80 g Camembert
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 8 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Green peppercorns pickled
- Black pepper from the mill
- 8 NS. Bacon
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Remove the rind from the camembert and cut into small cubes
- Knead with the mince, breadcrumbs, water and the spices
- 8 Shape meatballs ……. wrap the bacon around
- Heat the oil and fry the meatballs in it for about 8 minutes on each side
