Savory Meatballs with Camembert and Green Pepper

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 80 g Camembert
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 8 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Green peppercorns pickled
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Remove the rind from the camembert and cut into small cubes
  • Knead with the mince, breadcrumbs, water and the spices
  • 8 Shape meatballs ....... wrap the bacon around
  • Heat the oil and fry the meatballs in it for about 8 minutes on each side
