Ingredients
 

  • 1 head Savoy cabbage
  • 2 Pc. Carrots
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 1 Pc. Chicken breast
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 1 Pc. Ginger tuber
  • 8 Pc. Kaffir lime leaves
  • 5 Pc. Thai basil
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • 500 g Basmati rice

Instructions
 

  • Fry vegetables (first carrots, then onions and strips of savoy cabbage)
  • Cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry separately
  • When the vegetables are cooked but still firm to the bite, add the pieces of meat, spices (chop ginger) and coconut milk
  • Finished. Cook rice with it, preferably basmati
