Ingredients
- 1 head Savoy cabbage
- 2 Pc. Carrots
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 1 Pc. Chicken breast
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- 1 Pc. Ginger tuber
- 8 Pc. Kaffir lime leaves
- 5 Pc. Thai basil
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- 500 g Basmati rice
Instructions
- Fry vegetables (first carrots, then onions and strips of savoy cabbage)
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry separately
- When the vegetables are cooked but still firm to the bite, add the pieces of meat, spices (chop ginger) and coconut milk
- Finished. Cook rice with it, preferably basmati
