Ingredients
 

  • 4 piece Pork schnitzel
  • 4 disc Sliced ​​cheese
  • 100 g Sliced ​​breakfast bacon
  • Olive oil
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 200 g Mixed mushrooms in a glass
  • 1 tbsp Brandy
  • 200 ml Cream

Instructions
 

  • Steam the peeled onion and chopped garlic until translucent. Add mixed mushrooms and continue steaming - season with a little salt and pepper. Pour in the brandy and cream and let it boil down a little.
  • Beat the pork schnitzel, add a little salt and pepper, top with a slice of cheese, roll up as a roulade and wrap in the bacon slices and fry well on all sides in another - ideally grill pan - and continue to fry for approx. 10 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add the schnitzel roulades with the frying stock to the mushrooms and let them simmer again for approx. 10 minutes with the lid closed.
  • We had croquettes for this.
