Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Spaghetti
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 50 g Bacon or ham
  • 25 g Parmesan
  • 1 Egg
  • Clarified butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bacon or ham into strips. Grate the Parmesan cheese.
  • Fry the bacon in clarified butter in a pan.
  • Whisk the egg, season with pepper and mix with the Parmesan and cream. Mix in the bacon.
  • Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions, drain and place on the plate.
  • Pour the bacon, cheese and egg mixture over it and fold in gently.

A notice:

  • Depending on the seasoning of the bacon, additional salt should be avoided.
