Ingredients
- 100 g Spaghetti
- 50 ml Cream
- 50 g Bacon or ham
- 25 g Parmesan
- 1 Egg
- Clarified butter
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Cut the bacon or ham into strips. Grate the Parmesan cheese.
- Fry the bacon in clarified butter in a pan.
- Whisk the egg, season with pepper and mix with the Parmesan and cream. Mix in the bacon.
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions, drain and place on the plate.
- Pour the bacon, cheese and egg mixture over it and fold in gently.
A notice:
- Depending on the seasoning of the bacon, additional salt should be avoided.
