Sesame – Pumpkin Seed – Crispbread

The perfect sesame – pumpkin seed – crispbread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Bread flour from
  • Dried
  • Whole grain bread
  • 2 tbsp Dried onions
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable salt *
  • Water as needed
  • 3 handful Sesame
  • 2 handful Pumpkin seeds
  1. Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl, add the dried onion and the vegetable salt and now with water (I filter mine) and stir until it forms a dough.
  2. Then let it swell, then add a little water if necessary and stir well again.
  3. Put the dough on a baking sheet and spread it out well, I make it with a small rolling pin and then cut small pieces with a pizza roller.
  4. Now distribute the grains over the whole tray.
  5. Bake the dough at 160 degrees and then dry it if necessary.
  6. When it is well dried, the crispbread pieces should be placed in a container.

  1. With an avocado dip 🙂 very tasty
