Sesame – Pumpkin Seed – Crispbread
The perfect sesame – pumpkin seed – crispbread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Bread flour from
- Dried
- Whole grain bread
- 2 tbsp Dried onions
- 1 tbsp Vegetable salt *
- Water as needed
- 3 handful Sesame
- 2 handful Pumpkin seeds
- Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl, add the dried onion and the vegetable salt and now with water (I filter mine) and stir until it forms a dough.
- Then let it swell, then add a little water if necessary and stir well again.
- Put the dough on a baking sheet and spread it out well, I make it with a small rolling pin and then cut small pieces with a pizza roller.
- Now distribute the grains over the whole tray.
- Bake the dough at 160 degrees and then dry it if necessary.
- When it is well dried, the crispbread pieces should be placed in a container.
