  • 210 g Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 1 bottle Butter-Vanilla baking flavor
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Coffee cream
  1. Quickly knead all dough ingredients to a shortcrust pastry and chill for at least 1 hour. It is even better to make the dough the evening before and put it in a cool place.
  2. Please only process the shortcrust pastry in small portions so that it does not get too warm. Let the rest stand cold. Line trays with baking paper. Mix the egg yolks and cream together.
  3. Knead the dough briefly, roll out lightly on flour and cut out any shapes. Place the biscuits on the baking sheets, brush with the egg yolk and cream mixture and bake in the preheated oven – 200 ° C – for approx. 10 minutes.
