Ingredients
 

Side dish - vegetables from the wok

  • 1 Handful Green beans frozen
  • 2 Rods Celery
  • 400 g Carrots bunch
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 50 g Sesame
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil (remainder)
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • 1st bunch of carrots clean, peel and cut into sticks. Core the peppers & cut into large pieces. Remove the leaves of broccoli, divide into florets and peel the stems, cut into pieces. Wash the zucchini, pat dry and slice, then dice. Cut off the root ends of the celery stalks and cut into pieces.
  • Take a saucepan and pour the water into it. Add salt and blanch the beans, carrot sticks, celery pieces, broccoli florets and stalk pieces in the boiling water for about 3 minutes. Then pour the whole thing into a sieve, pour cold water over it and let it drain.
  • Weigh the sesame seeds and place in a pan without adding any fat. Here is roasted at low heat / temperature. Then take it out and let it cool on a plate.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok and first fry the zucchini and pepper cubes in it. Then add the prepared vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat / temperature, stirring constantly. Then sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and serve.
