Ingredients
For the dough:
- 100 g Whole wheat flour
- 150 g Flour
- 125 g Butter
- 5 tbsp Water
- 1 pinch Salt
For the filling:
- 50 g Grated Gouda
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 100 g Cream
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 30 g Green peppers
- 10 g Parsley
- 500 g Asparagus green
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- For the dough in a bowl, knead all the dry ingredients with the water and the soft butter. Grease a springform pan with oil and spread the dough in it, forming an edge. Preheat the oven.
- Peel the green asparagus, cut into pieces and blanch in salted water for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the other ingredients in a bowl with the exception of the lemon juice.
- Drain the asparagus and place directly on the dough. Drizzle with lemon juice, then pour the cream cheese-cream mixture over it. Bake the quiche for 45 minutes at 200 ° C.
