Ingredients
 

For the dough:

  • 100 g Whole wheat flour
  • 150 g Flour
  • 125 g Butter
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • 1 pinch Salt

For the filling:

  • 50 g Grated Gouda
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 100 g Cream
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 30 g Green peppers
  • 10 g Parsley
  • 500 g Asparagus green
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • For the dough in a bowl, knead all the dry ingredients with the water and the soft butter. Grease a springform pan with oil and spread the dough in it, forming an edge. Preheat the oven.
  • Peel the green asparagus, cut into pieces and blanch in salted water for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the other ingredients in a bowl with the exception of the lemon juice.
  • Drain the asparagus and place directly on the dough. Drizzle with lemon juice, then pour the cream cheese-cream mixture over it. Bake the quiche for 45 minutes at 200 ° C.
