Simple brownies

  • 150 g Callebaut Callets dark chocolate
  • 125 g Butter
  • 3 Eggs room temperature
  • 1 bag Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Brown sugar
  • 150 g Wheat flour 405
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 200 g Chunks dark chocolate

  • Put the dark chocolate with the butter in a small saucepan or microwave jug and melt in it, stir. Then let cool down a bit.
  • Take a mixing bowl / food processor and beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar and the brown sugar until frothy. Then add the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Mix wheat flour with baking powder, salt and cocoa powder.
  • Then mix the whole thing with the rest in the bowl. Fold in the chocolate chunks. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top / bottom heat. Take a small square baking pan and grease it. Then pour in the dough and smooth it out.
  • Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes. You can get about 12 brownies out of this baking pan. After baking, remove and cool or let cool down.
