Ingredients
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cups Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Mineral water
- 1 Cup Chocolate drops either dark or whole milk / or both
Instructions
- Stir the eggs and sugar into a mass, so that the sugar has completely dissolved and a sugar-egg cream forms. (approx. 3-5 min stirring time)
- Mix dry ingredients, i.e. flour, baking powder and cocoa, and then add to the sugar-egg cream alternately with oil.
- As the penultimate step, stir in the mineral water, which ensures the dough is fluffy.
- Finally fold in the chocolate drops and then pour the mixture into a baking pan. (Little tip: Mix the drops with 1 tbsp cocoa and then fold in, then they do not sink to the bottom but are distributed in the dough)
- Baking time: 25-35 min (stick sample!) Lower and upper heating / circulating air 150-175 ° C
