Ingredients
Simple lemon cream
- Homemade biscuit (leftovers) to your taste
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 500 g Homemade yogurt
- 2 Lemon juice
- 6 tbsp Finest sugar
- Whole milk crumble to taste
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add mascarpone first. Then add the yoghurt and stir. Stir in lemon juice and fine sugar. Put the biscuit in glasses. Then lemon cream then biscuit and lemon cream. Sprinkle with whole milk crumble on top & serve.
