Simple Mini Meatballs

Simple mini meatballs

  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Red pointed pepper (remainder)
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs from leftover bread (1 slice)
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  1. Put the bread slice in a food processor, chop and transfer. Peel the shallot, core the pointed peppers, cut into pieces and also put in a machine to chop. Mix the minced meat together and add it. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Then add the crushed bread (breadcrumbs), egg, salt, gourmet pepper and mustard. Mix in everything in the machine once. Shape the minced meat mixture into about 20 small mini meatballs and place them on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper beforehand.
  3. Take the flat plate and serve the mini meatballs with boiled rice and a gravy, homemade, straight away.
