  • 150 g Wheat flour type 405
  • 50 g Food starch
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Boubon vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 2 piece Eggs size M
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 500 g Fresh plums
  • Sprinkles
  • 80 g Butter
  • 100 g Wheat flour type 1050
  • 70 g Sugar


  • Wash the plums, stone them and score 2 times.
  • For the dough, put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and make a creamy batter.
  • Spread the dough in a greased springform pan (diameter 26 cm) and distribute the plums evenly on top.
  • Knead the butter, flour and sugar to make crumbles and spread over the plums.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees convection on the second rack from the bottom for about 60 minutes
