Ingredients
- 150 g Wheat flour type 405
- 50 g Food starch
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Boubon vanilla sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 2 piece Eggs size M
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 500 g Fresh plums
- Sprinkles
- 80 g Butter
- 100 g Wheat flour type 1050
- 70 g Sugar
Instructions
- Wash the plums, stone them and score 2 times.
- For the dough, put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and make a creamy batter.
- Spread the dough in a greased springform pan (diameter 26 cm) and distribute the plums evenly on top.
- Knead the butter, flour and sugar to make crumbles and spread over the plums.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees convection on the second rack from the bottom for about 60 minutes
