Jagnječja solata s ocvrto slanino in pinjolami

- 200 g jagnječje zelene solate
- 100 g kock slanine
- 200 g pinjol
- 100 g malin
Preliv:
- 200 g malin
- 2 žlici malinovega kisa
- 1 žlice medu
- 1 ščepec soli
- 1 ščepec popra
- 4 žlic olivnega olja
- Wash the lamb’s lettuce and spin dry. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat and set aside. Also let the pine nuts brown in a pan without fat.
- Za preliv drobno pretlačimo maline s kisom, medom, soljo, poprom in oljčnim oljem. Omako pretlačimo skozi cedilo, da v prelivu ni več semen.
- Nato vzameš solato, jo preložiš na krožnik, po njej namažeš maline, slanino in pinjole ter na koncu preliješ z malinovim prelivom.
