Ingredients
- 500 g Turkey breast
- 1 Small pointed cabbage
- 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 Onion
- Grapes seedless blue
- 2 tbsp Margarine
- 250 ml Poultry broth
- Salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice
- Cashew nuts
Instructions
- Wash the turkey breast, pat dry, cut into strips and fry.
- Clean and chop the cabbage, dice the onion, put both in the pan and sauté.
- Stir in the broth and creme fraíche, season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes.
- Toast the cashew nuts in a pan without fat
- Sprinkle with the grapes over the shredded meat.
