Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Turkey breast
  • 1 Small pointed cabbage
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • Grapes seedless blue
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 250 ml Poultry broth
  • Salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice
  • Cashew nuts

Instructions
 

  • Wash the turkey breast, pat dry, cut into strips and fry.
  • Clean and chop the cabbage, dice the onion, put both in the pan and sauté.
  • Stir in the broth and creme fraíche, season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Toast the cashew nuts in a pan without fat
  • Sprinkle with the grapes over the shredded meat.
