Oatmeal Yogurt Bread
O le fua o le falaoa oatmeal yogurt atoatoa ma se ata ma faʻatonuga faigofie i lea laasaga ma lea laasaga.
- 675 g falaoamata saito
- 225 g Oatmeal
- 3 tsp Paʻu paʻu, faʻapipiʻi
- 1,5 tsp Sua tao
- 30 g suka
- 1,5 tsp Masima
- 600 g yogurt masani
- 2 Eggs
- Tuu le yoghurt i totonu o se pesini, faaopoopo fuamoa e 2 ma faʻafefiloi lelei mea uma. Tuu le falaoamata, pa'u oat, pa'u tao, susu tao, suka ma le masima i totonu o se isi pesini tele ma fa'afefiloi lelei.
- Now add the yoghurt to the flour mixture and knead everything very well to form a smooth dough. Now either form a loaf from it or – like me – form two small loaves and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Now bake the bread in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 – 40 minutes on the middle rack and don’t forget to put a bowl of hot water in the oven – because of the surge.
