Ingredients
 

  • 30 g Sultanas
  • 1 tbsp Rum
  • 160 g Butter
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch Ground cardamom
  • 60 g Ground almonds
  • 240 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 30 g Citronat (Succade)
  • 30 g Orange peel
  • 30 g Chopped almonds
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Put the sultanas in a bowl and drizzle with the rum. To let go. Grease a small bundt pan (1 liter capacity) and dust with flour.
  • Mix the butter with sugar. Stir in the eggs. Add the cinnamon, cardamom and almonds and mix with the egg mixture. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over. Stir in with the milk. Drain the sultanas.
  • Fold the lemon peel, orange peel, almonds and sultanas into the batter. Pour the batter into the mold. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • Carefully fall out of the mold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
