The perfect small chopping rolls filled … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 gr Mixed minced meat
- 200 g Baby spinach
- 6 pcs Eggs
- 10 Discs Breakfast bacon
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Homemade bacon butter
- 1 pcs Asian garlic
- 1 pcs Onion
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Hot paprika powder
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Pine nut fresh
- Put all the ingredients for the minced meat mix, minced meat mixed, breadcrumbs, egg, onions finely chopped, salt, pepper, paprika powder and garlic, put in a bowl, mix together, cover and set aside for a few minutes.
- Peel the bacon apart or cut it into small pieces, fry it until golden in a pan, then let it cool down. Heat a pan, add the bacon butter, let it melt, add half of the spinach and heat briefly in it. Put the eggs in a bowl and whip with a little milk, salt and a little pepper. Put this egg mix in a warmed pan with butter and make a delicious scrambled egg out of it.
- Put the prepared and cooled spinach, the scrambled eggs and the picked bacon in a bowl and mix, season again. Divide the minced meat into 4 portions, place on a foil and roll out thinly. Spread the spinach and egg mix on the rolled out minced meat. Then roll up the minced meat and put it on a plate. Repeat this until you have processed the other three minced meat portions.
- Fry the minced meat rolls in hot neutral oil until they have turned an appetizing color. In the meantime I roasted the pine nuts (without adding any oil) and processed the second half of the spinach. Slightly tossed in bacon butter.
- Since this recipe is mainly about the minced meat rolls, I decided to leave the choice of side dishes to you and according to your taste.
- I had roasted pine nuts on spinach and boiled potatoes with a dark sauce, which can also be seen in the photos. Taste is different, it is almost impossible to prepare it to suit everyone’s taste. I hope to please some with this rz & wish you good appetite
