  • 150 g Flour
  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Grated lemon peel, who likes the peel of an organic lemon
  • 600 g Apples
  • 3 Eggs


  • Mix all ingredients except the apples to a smooth batter.
  • Line two small springform pans with baking paper and grease the edge. Then divide the dough into the molds and smooth it out.
