Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 125 g Butter or margarine
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Grated lemon peel, who likes the peel of an organic lemon
- 600 g Apples
- 3 Eggs
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the apples to a smooth batter.
- Line two small springform pans with baking paper and grease the edge. Then divide the dough into the molds and smooth it out.
- Peel the apples and cut into narrow wedges. Spread on the dough according to taste.
- At 180 ° C the cakes need just 20-25 minutes. Please carry out a cooking test with a wooden stick.
