Ingredients
 

For the casting

  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 150 g Flour
  • 90 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 0,5 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 Handful Chopped walnuts
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream

aside from that

  • Zest of a lime

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Finely grate the pumpkin without the core but with the skin. Then put all the other ingredients together with the pumpkin in the mixer (content 5 l) and mix first at intervals and then mix quickly.
  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners and then distribute the batter. Makes 12 pieces. Bake everything for about 20 minutes. Chopstick sample. Let cool down.
  • Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and sour cream thoroughly and carefully pour onto the muffins. Sprinkle with lime zest.
  • The muffins are fluffy and fluffy and extremely tasty.
