Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 500 g Kasseler
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 300 g Green Beans
  • Thyme spice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Savory spice
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 75 g Apricot jam
  • Cayenne powder

Instructions
 

  • Peel, wash and quarter the potatoes. Dice smoked pork, fry in olive oil. Remove. Dice the onion. Fry the potatoes in the frying fat, add onion, beans, thyme and savory. Salt and pepper. Pour in the broth, bring to the boil and cook covered for 15 minutes. Halve the tomatoes. Mix in the meat and tomatoes and heat. Mix the sour cream and jam. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne powder. This is enough.
