Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Smoked pork roast
  • 4 Old Bun
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 Onion
  • 50 g Diced ham
  • Pepper
  • 8 slices Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Cut the rolls into small cubes and pour the warmed milk over them.
  • Add the eggs and the chopped parsley to the bread roll mixture and mix well.
  • Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and sauté with the ham cubes, add to the bread roll mixture, season with pepper and mix well - approx. Let rest for 20 minutes.
  • Wash off the pork roast - pat dry - put in a baking dish and cover with the bread roll mixture ---- press down well.
  • Now place the bacon as a grid on the roast and put it in the 140 ° C oven (fan oven) for 60 minutes.
