Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Watercress
  • 400 g Sliced ​​smoked salmon
  • 1 Lemon organic
  • 1 bunch Cress
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the watercress and place on a serving board. Arrange the salmon criss-cross on top. Quarter the lemons. Salt and pepper everything and drizzle with the juice of 2 lemon quarters and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Cut the cress over the smoked salmon, place the remaining two lemon quarters next to it and enjoy with chilled white wine. To go with it: Beetroot salad according to Jamie Oliver (see cookbook)
